Sourcing and identifying potential job candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
Directing efforts in achieving revenue targets as indicated and providing optimum service to company clients by fulfilling their hiring needs in the given time frame
Coordinating between the candidates and the clients for the ease of the hiring manager
Maintaining candidate database
Developing contacts and building relationships with clients and prospects using internal and external networks
Requirements:
1. 0-3 year of experience
2. Must be self-motivated
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Should be able to work with minimum supervision
5. Able to handle pressure, and good at multi-tasking
