The ideal candidate will ensure regulatory adherence, manage enterprise risks, and maintain robust compliance frameworks.Key Responsibilities:Review and implement IT & cybersecurity policiesConduct biannual risk assessments (on-prem & cloud)Monitor security controls and user access compliancePerform quarterly vulnerability assessments and annual red teamingDevelop risk mitigation strategies across departmentsEnsure regulatory and industry standard complianceConduct audits and employee compliance trainingStay updated on regulatory changes and submit required reportsQualifications:Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Law, or related field5+ years in GRC roles; certifications preferredStrong analytical, communication, and project management skillsEthical judgment and leadership capabilitiesWorking Conditions:Based at Head OfficeOccasional travel for audits and training
