Location- Pan India Notice period- Early joinersJob Description The SAP Technical Architect will lead the design, integration, and innovation of SAP ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), cloud-native architectures, and next-gen integration frameworks. This role is pivotal in driving transformation and ensuring scalable, secure, and future-ready SAP landscapes, with a focus on AI-driven capabilities, automation, and intelligent agents such as SAP Joule.️ Key Responsibilities 1. Architecture & Innovation Leadership Architect end-to-end SAP solutions across S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, and Cloud Foundry/Neo environments. Lead Clean Core initiatives, including CAP/RAP-based development, side-by-side extensions, and AI-infused business processes. Champion the adoption of SAP AI Core, SAP AI Launchpad, SAP Build Process Automation, and SAP Joule to enable intelligent enterprise capabilities and conversational AI experiences.2. Cloud & Integration Expertise Design and manage integrations using: SAP CPI, CI-DS, SAP Cloud Connector Third-party tools like Boomi, ARIBA CIG, Nakisa Oversee deployment and performance optimization of SAP workloads on Azure, including HANA DB, IBP, SuccessFactors, and SAP Cloud Identity Services. Integrate SAP Agents, SAP Joule, and event-driven architectures using SAP Event Mesh and SAP Build Work Zone.3. Program & Delivery Enablement Collaborate with delivery leads to align architecture with business goals. Support DevOps, observability, and automation initiatives using tools like SAP Solution Manager 7.2, SAP Cloud ALM, and SAP BTP Operations. Drive innovation through AI-native SAP practices and industry cloud strategies.4. Governance & Compliance Ensure adherence to CPChem’s change management, security, and documentation standards. Lead technical risk assessments and mitigation planning. Implement governance for AI models, data privacy, and compliance with SAP’s trust and security frameworks. 5. Mentorship & Collaboration Mentor SAP developers, integration consultants, and AI practitioners. Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation across SAP technologies.Required Skills & Experience 18+ years in SAP technical architecture roles. Deep expertise in SAP BTP, CPI, ABAP, Fiori, OData, Cloud Foundry, and CAP/RAP. Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA transformations, cloud migrations, and AI enablement within SAP. Hands-on experience with SAP AI Core, SAP AI Launchpad, SAP Build, SAP Agents, and SAP Joule. Strong understanding of Azure, SAP security, and integration best practices. Familiarity with SAP BDC concepts and their potential application in future automation scenarios. Experience in the chemical or manufacturing industry is a plus.
