Join our India Digital Innovation Unit to design and deploy AI-powered solutions that transform underwriting, claims, and operational efficiency for a leading global insurer. We invite AI Engineers, Senior Engineers, and Principal Engineers across 3 to 15 years of experience — from hands-on model builders to AI platform architects — to be part of our high-impact journey.(Responsibilities scale with experience and level of ownership)AI/ML Development:Design, train, and deploy ML models for risk scoring, underwriting automation, fraud detection, and claims analytics.Implement Gen AI and NLP-driven applications for document understanding, customer support, and workflow orchestration.Data Engineering & Pipelines:Build and maintain data pipelines, feature stores, and real-time inference systems.Architect scalable data platforms integrating internal and external data sources.MLOps & Deployment:Develop CI/CD pipelines, versioning, and monitoring frameworks for ML models.Deploy models via APIs, batch inference systems, and cloud-native platforms (AWS/Azure).Governance & Compliance:Ensure adherence to model governance, bias detection, and explainability frameworks.Champion security, scalability, and compliance in AI design.Collaboration & Leadership:Translate business needs into AI-driven solutions for underwriting, claims, and operations.Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of excellence and innovation.Partner with business and technology leaders to prioritize AI accelerators and strategic initiatives.Requirements: Skills & Competencies(Depth and leadership expectations vary by experience level)Programming & Tools: Strong in Python, SQL, Pandas/Num Py; experience with Tensor Flow or Py Torch.MLOps & Cloud: Familiarity with MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes; exposure to AWS/Azure ML services.Data Systems: Understanding of data pipelines, Spark/Hadoop, and real-time feature stores.Gen AI & NLP: Experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, and intelligent document processing.Governance: Awareness of responsible AI, explainability, and model lifecycle management.Mindset: Analytical thinker, proactive learner, and collaborative problem-solver.Why You’ll Love Working Here - What’s In It For YouOpportunity to influence global AI transformation in insurance.Diverse career growth — from hands-on engineering to solution architecture and leadership.Work with real-world insurance data and global stakeholders.Be part of a high-growth innovation team driving measurable business impact.Learn from and contribute to cutting-edge AI practices and frameworks.Apply at and become part of our journey to redefine underwriting through intelligence and innovation.
