We are looking for a dynamic and driven B2B Sales Manager to lead our outreach to schools and coaching centers, build lasting relationships, and help institutions adopt our AI-based learning tools to enhance their teaching methods and student results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to promote EaseToLearn's AI learning platform to schools and coaching centers.
  • Identify and connect with key decision-makers (principals, directors, administrators, etc.) to pitch tailored learning solutions.
  • Conduct presentations and demos showcasing the benefits of our platform in supporting blended learning and improving student outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide customized solutions.
  • Coordinate with the product and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings in the EdTech space.

Who You Are:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in EdTech, SaaS, or related industries.
  • Experience selling to educational institutions (schools, colleges, coaching centers) is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and product demos.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher; MBA is a plus.
