Job Summary : We are looking for a talented Senior iOS AR Developer with over 5 years of experience in developing augmented reality applications for iOS. The ideal candidate will be proficient in SwiftUI, ARKit, RealityKit, and have a strong understanding of iOS frameworks, data storage, and user interface design.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and integrate augmented reality experiences using ARKit, RealityKit, and SceneKit.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Implement data persistence and storage solutions using Core Data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, user stories, and feature specifications.
  • Optimize AR applications for performance and responsiveness.
  • Test and debug AR applications to ensure a high-quality user experience.
  • Ensure adherence to Apple's Human Interface Guidelines for consistent and intuitive user experiences.
  • Manage source code using Git and GitHub, ensuring effective version control and collaboration.
  • Implement secure coding practices to protect user data.
  • Write and execute unit tests and UI tests to ensure code reliability.
  • Stay updated with the latest iOS and Swift developments, incorporating new technologies and best practices.

Required Skills :

  • Proficiency in SwiftUI, Swift, and Objective-C.
  • Strong experience with ARKit, RealityKit, and SceneKit.
  • Proficient in Core Data for implementing data persistence and storage.
  • Experienced with Xcode and iOS frameworks.
  • Knowledge of Auto Layout, UI, and UX design principles.
  • Skilled in networking and data management, including experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and debugging skills.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with app deployment and submission to the App Store.
  • Knowledge of security best practices and device compatibility.

Preferred Skills :

  • Familiarity with WebAR frameworks and libraries.
  • Experience in developing and integrating AR experiences within web applications.
  • Understanding of the app provisioning process.
  • Awareness of different iOS device types and screen sizes, ensuring compatibility.
