  • Submit municipal drawings to Municipal corporation for getting necessary approvals for starting the project by the client.
  • If any changes required due change of norms if suggested by Municipal authorities or missed as per the check list, discuss the changes with management and resubmit corrected drawings to Municipal authorities for approvals
  • Online submission of documents to authorities.

  • Making and submission of NOC for building permissions.

  • Checking of Drawing for getting NOC from the regulatory authorities.

  • Checking of Municipal calculations as per the defined norms.
  • On line checking on the state of movement of various applications of NOC.
  • TDR and DR calculations as per the governing norms.
  • Any other assigned work related for getting approvals from Municipal Authorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
