Overview Our Center for Process Excellence team is on a mission to improve business outcomes and employee experiences by driving step-change improvements in critical enterprise processes, and the technology and analytics supporting these. As a Senior Business Process Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the analysis, design, and optimization of business processes across various departments within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in process improvement, data analysis, and implementation of process changes. As a subject matter expert, the Senior Business Process Analyst will support key initiatives aimed at improving operational performance, enhancing customer satisfaction, and delivering measurable business value. This position will follow a hybrid model work approach( 3 days a week , Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday working from GCC office, RMZ ecoworld, Bellandur, Bangalore) Responsibilities Support the identification, analysis, and documentation of business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization Develop and implement process improvements using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) Collaborate with business leaders, stakeholders, and IT teams to define business requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals Conduct data analysis to identify trends, root causes of inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or technology integration Create and present detailed reports, process maps, and documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build process improvement capabilities across the organization Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning Monitor the effectiveness of implemented process improvements and provide ongoing support to ensure sustained results Evaluate new tools, technologies, and software solutions to streamline business processes and enhance productivity Qualifications 4+ years of experience in business process analysis, process improvement, or related roles. Strong expertise in process modeling, mapping, mining, and analysis techniques Proven experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies (certifications preferred) Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills Strong project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders effectively Experience with business process management and process mining software (e.g., Symbio, Celonis, or similar tools). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Experience working on an Agile / Scrum team a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred) Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt or Green Belt) and/or Business Process Management (BPM) Knowledge of Agile methodologies and their application to process improvement Experience in domains such as sales, marketing, product development, HR, supply chain, and manufacturing a plus Company Description Waters Corporation (NYSE: WAT), the world's leading specialty measurement company, has pioneered chromatography, mass spectrometry and thermal analysis innovations serving the life, materials, and food sciences for over 60 years.
