HCL is hiring SAP Fieldglass Developer, BANG/HYD office.


Job Description :

  • Configure and maintain the SAP Fieldglass system to meet the organization's contingent workforce management needs.
  • Manage user access and permissions, ensuring proper security measures are in place.
  • Customize and enhance the SAP Fieldglass platform through scripting and API integrations to meet specific business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful third-party integrations.
  • Develop and implement custom forms, workflows, and UI enhancements to improve user experience.
  • Collaborate with UX designers to enhance the overall user experience through custom development.
  • Utilize SAP Fieldglass analytics tools to generate reports and provide insights into contingent workforce trends.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements based on data analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations related to contingent workforce management.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and changes in relevant regulations.
  • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively use SAP Fieldglass to manage contingent workforce activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
