Responsibilities:Maintenance of Elastic Search + ECE (Elastic Cloud Enterprise) clustersMonitoring production KPIs and raising alerts when necessaryManaging capacity planning follow-upFollowing up on processes: change, incident, problem managementMaintaining automation scripts written in Ansible / Ansible Tower + TerraformProposing improvements for the current platforms: automation, incident performance, proper usage by clients, best practicesLevel 3 support for applications hosted on Elastic Search + ECE infrastructure: managing templates, mappings, allocation, Logstash.
