About You:

You're fit for the role of Senior Scrum Master if your background includes:

Years of Experience: 6 - 10 Years.

Create a high performing environment by resolving conflict, removing impediments, and identifying areas of continuous improvement.

Facilitate scrum events such as sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups. 

Work cross-functionally with product owners to create and maintain the product backlogs.

Communicate with stakeholders the timelines, risks, and progress of the teams. 

Be data-driven and make empirical decisions at every step.
Shield the team from external interference to enable optimal functionality and productivity.

3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a Product Development and delivery organization.

In-depth knowledge of Agile practices including the Scrum framework.

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills and the ability to influence people at various levels. 

Experience in a leadership role (Scrum Master, Team Lead) with strong understanding of Scrum/Agile principles.

Business System domain knowledge is highly desirable.

Strong communication skills with ability to communicate complex messages and teach new concepts.

Experience working with global teams.
