We are seeking an experienced Network Architect with a strong background in cloud technologies to join our team. As a Network Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-level network infrastructure solutions, with a specific focus on cloud-based environments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that network architectures align with business requirements, security standards, and industry best practices. Design and develop network architectures for cloud-based environments, ensuring scalability, availability, and security. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements and network designs. Evaluate and recommend cloud-based networking technologies and tools that enhance performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Develop and maintain network documentation including diagrams, configuration files, and standard operating procedures. Configure and optimize network components, such as routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and VPNs, in both on-premises and cloud environments. Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration and compatibility between networking and cloud platforms. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network-related issues, providing timely resolution to minimize downtime and optimize performance. Conduct network capacity planning and ensure network expansion and upgrades align with business growth projections. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, sharing knowledge and best practices with the wider team. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior network engineers, fostering their professional growth and development.

Education
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Network Architect, with a focus on designing and implementing network architectures in onprem and cloud environments. Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Experience in design and implementation of ZTA (Zero Trust Architecture), secure network architecture adhering to least privilege and micros segmentation Extensive experience with network protocols, including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VPNs, SD-WAN and Webproxy Hands-on experience with networking equipment and technologies, such as Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, F5, and Fortinet. Proficiency in network monitoring and troubleshooting tools, such as Azure Monitor, Azure Log Analytics Workspace, Azure Firewall Insights, AWS CloudTrail, AWS GuardDuty, AWS Network Firewall, AWS Security Hub, SolarWinds, Wireshark, and Nagios. Knowledge of network security principles and best practices, including firewall technologies, access control lists, and intrusion detection systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
