Job Overview


We are looking for a skilled and ambitious Medical Representative to join our team at Sanfegan Biotech. As a Medical Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to medical professionals and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the field. This is a full-time position based in Kannur, Kerala, India with an employment type of 'Full-Time'. The ideal candidate for this role will have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess the necessary skills and qualities to excel in the position.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1-3 years of experience as a Medical Representative or a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to understand market dynamics.
  • Good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare sector.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.
  • Resilience and ability to handle rejection and overcome challenges.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Promote and sell our pharmaceutical products to medical professionals.
  • Identify and establish new business opportunities and maintain existing customer relationships.
  • Organize and conduct product presentations, seminars, and educational programs for healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Participate in medical conferences, exhibitions, and other promotional events to enhance product knowledge and brand visibility.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical behavior in all business interactions.
