Minimum2+ years of Cloud and customer production support experience.Education Qualification & Certifications:B. Tech/ M. Tech / BCA / MCA in Computer/Electronics Engineering.Graduates/Post-Graduates from any stream or Diploma in Computer EngineeringCertifications and Trainings: Cloud Certification like Oracle, Google, Azure, AWS etc will be an advantage.Job Description:Strong knowledge on Oracle Cloud (OCI) and/or other cloud servicesStrong knowledge of Dockers & Kubernetes is necessary.Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud (OCI) and/or other cloud servicesStrong knowledge of Oracle Database administration and maintenanceGood understanding with Customer onboarding, provisioning, Go-Live readinessBasic knowledge of Gitlab CI-CD and Git tools are mandatory.Working knowledge of Linux System AdminAutomation & scripting skills, terraform, python, shellShould be familiar with SaaS services and productsShould work closely with Cloud Engineering and Product engineering teamsBasic Networking knowledge and experience in using Load Balancer toolsBasic knowledge of access and authorization tools and services like IDCS.
