Job Summary:

The Interior Quality Controller is responsible for ensuring that all interior works meet the company's quality standards, client specifications, and industry norms. This role involves monitoring project execution, inspecting materials, and maintaining strict adherence to design, safety, and finish standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and monitor all interior and fit-out works to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Verify materials, finishes, and workmanship as per approved drawings and BOQs.
  • Conduct site inspections at various project stages and provide quality reports.
  • Identify defects, deviations, and non-conformities, and ensure corrective actions are taken.
  • Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and site supervisors to maintain quality control.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and best practices at site.
  • Maintain proper documentation of quality checklists, inspection reports, and approvals.
  • Provide feedback and training to site teams on quality requirements.
  • Assist in project handover by ensuring final quality checks and snag-list clearance.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of interior design materials, finishes, and installation standards
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Good understanding of quality assurance and quality control processes
  • Strong observation and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
