ABOUT THE ALLIED HEALTH HUB MORAYFIELD Allied Health Hub Morayfield (AHHM) is a cutting-edge allied health clinic, building strong client partnerships with a focus on integrated care. AHHM’s aim is to optimise a client’s physical, social, and mental well-being using a multidisciplinary approach, building a team consisting of: Physiotherapists Exercise Physiologists Dietitians Psychologists Diabetes Educators Speech Pathologists Occupational Therapists AHHM offers a suite of services with a focus on NDIS, however, service all client types, by offering both in-clinic and mobile/in home services. Enjoy working in AHHM’s state-of-the-art clinic, located within Health Hub Morayfield. A childcare centre, café, and parking are also situated on site for your convenience. ABOUT YOU You will understand the challenges faced by individuals with disabilities and strive to optimise their physical, social, and psychological well-being. It is important that you display exceptional interpersonal skills, are naturally caring, adaptable and are able to work independently as well as collaboratively as a member of a multi-disciplinary, allied health team.
