The role involves handling accounting tasks, preparing and reviewing financial statements, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Candidates will also assist in tax planning and filing, providing advisory services, and working on business analysis and financial management tasks, as needed.Qualifications- Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Financial Management skills- Audit, Internal Controls, and Risk Assessment proficiency- Taxation, Tax Filing, and Tax Planning expertise- Proficiency in using accounting software and tools such as Tally or MS Excel- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA qualification or prior experience is a preferred advantage
