SALES MANAGER | SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER | ESSENTIAL OIL AND AROMATIC CHEMICAL EXPERT Competitive salary Work in a friendly, supportive and flexible working environment South East Melbourne Due to the ongoing success and growth of our client, we are seeking a customer focused, results driven Sales Manager or Senior Account Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and results driven individual and have a passion for finding and developing new business opportunities with a proven background in achieving sales. The key responsibilities of this role will include; but not limited to: Maintain existing accounts and secure new business Review market analyses to determine customer needs in different commodities (essential oils, aromatic chemicals, fragrances and more) Responsible for product manufacturing development to meet each customer’s need in production Development of strong internal and external relationships Develop and implement sales and pricing strategies for maximising profitability and increased sales growth Represent company at trade association meetings, trade shows, etc. to promote production capability and delivery from company’s manufacturing capacity Complete all administration duties as required The successful applicant will possess: Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, advertising or similar desired Proven sales and account management experience with essential oil experience desired Demonstrated knowledge and experience in leading and coaching a sales team, managing sales and achieving or exceeding sales targets Exceptional customer focus and a desire to ensure customer satisfaction is a high priority Ability to work to tight deadlines and understand and establish strategic direction High level communication, negotiation and problem solving skills Effective interpersonal and leadership skills Ability to manage and develop customer relationships Commercial acumen Proactive and self motivated If you are interested in this exciting opportunity and want to join a company that will support your development and growth, apply now For more information and full position description, please contact Kristine on or IMPORTANT: It is a requirement of all our jobs that you have a PR or AU/NZ Citizenship.
