Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Designing, prototyping, and optimizing our soil health device electronics (sensors, PCBs, ESP32, power management).
  • Integrating multiple sensors (pH, NPK, EC, moisture, micronutrients, GPS, etc.) into a rugged handheld device.
  • Working on low-power circuit design for field conditions with battery and solar optimization.
  • Collaborating with AI/ML engineers and agronomists to sync hardware with our mobile app and cloud platform.
  • Troubleshooting hardware and iterating quickly.
  • Working closely with founders to move from MVP to scalable manufacturing (1,000 devices in the next 6 months).

About Company: Soilo, an initiative by DDverse Initiatives Private Limited, is building the world's first AI-powered portable soil health device with localized recommendations. Established in 2025, Soilo combines hardware, AI, and SaaS to empower farmers with real-time, in-field soil insights.

Our handheld device measures seven key soil parameters pH, temperature, moisture, electrical conductivity, NPK, micronutrients, and organic matter and pairs with a mobile app to deliver instant, actionable guidance such as fertilizer dosage, crop advisories, and irrigation schedules.
