Key Responsibilities:1.
Client Acquisition:○
Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and outreach.○
Develop and execute effective strategies to generate leads and convert them into long-term business relationships.2.
Relationship Management:○
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.○
Act as the main point of contact, ensuring excellent client satisfaction.3.
Market Research and Strategy:○
Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.○
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns tailored to attract specific industries or clients.4.
Proposal Development:○
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.○
Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.5.
Collaboration:○
Work closely with the development and design teams to align client needs with technical solutions.○
Provide feedback to improve service offerings based on client demands and industry trends.
Qualifications:●
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field (preferably in the IT or web development industry).●
Strong communication and negotiation skills.●
Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into
client-focused solutions.●
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.●

Salary package: 25- 30 KExperience: 2-3 Years
– Please Make sure the guy understands a few things :1.
Performance basis job ( 2 months consistently 60% of the target not achieved ) salary will be deducted depending on the situation2. 1-month probation and training will be given once he becomes permanent the target system will be started.3.
In case of consistently not achieving the target for the 3rd month in the mid 15 days the termination letter will be given so that I can get a replacement as soon as possible.
