This is an opportunity for anyone who wants to experience this journey with us.About the roleWe seek a project manager to handle our company’s ongoing projects. You will work closely with your team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. Responsibilities include submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, establishing effective project communication plans, and properly executing said plans.ResponsibilitiesCoordinating with cross-discipline team members to ensure all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.Establish effective project communication plans and ensure their execution.Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients.Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period.Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.Prepare requirement documents, user flows and validate test cases.RequirementsA bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in a related field.3+ years experience in project management in the Technology industryAbility to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.Ability to manage clients and expectations.Strong understanding of formal project management, agile methodologies and stakeholder management.Able to complete projects in a timely manner.Strong communication and literary skills.Bonus SkillsBasic understanding of coding, APIs, or cloud infrastructure to facilitate seamless communication with technical teams.Mastery of Agile methodologies to quickly adapt to changing priorities and drive project execution efficiently in a dynamic environment.What your first days will look like:In your first 30 days, you willFamiliarise yourself with the company’s mission, workflows, and project management tools.Review ongoing projects and meet with cross-functional teams to understand goals and challenges.Take ownership of a small project to get hands-on experience with our processes.In your next 30 days, you willLead a medium-sized project, collaborating closely with the team to meet deadlines.Establish communication plans and begin optimizing project workflows.Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes and suggest improvements.Document and implement best practices for project management.Why work with usWhen you work with Foxsense Innovations, you donʼt just work a boring job.
