Transform complex data into actionable insights that solve real business challenges. As a Data Scientist supporting operations, you will partner with operations leaders to uncover opportunities for data-driven decision-making. As part of the Analytics Centre of Excellence, you’ll guide stakeholders with advanced insights to shape priorities and ensure smarter decision making across the business. Some of the role responsibilities: Analyse large, complex datasets to identify trends, root causes, and actionable insights that directly influence business outcomes. Partner closely with relevant stakeholders to understand their business needs and capture their analytical requirements Build intuitive dashboards and visualisations through bespoke analysis to assist in efficient decision making Apply advanced statistical and machine-learning techniques to improve forecasting accuracy and resource allocation Identify opportunities for cross-functional collaboration and improved productivity across the enterprise Some of the skills required: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a data science, analytics or business intelligence role Tertiary qualification in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or another quantitative discipline or equivalent demonstratable work experience Strong Power BI capability (DAX, Power Query, Power Pivot) Experience with modelling languages such as python or R Proficiency in SQL for large-scale data extraction and transformation.
