Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an International Travel Consultant based in Pune. The International Travel Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on travel options, making travel arrangements, managing travel plans, booking reservations, and providing outstanding customer service. They will help create personalized travel experiences for clients, ensuring their journeys are smooth and memorable.

Qualifications

  • Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements skills
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Experience with Reservations and booking systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Previous experience in the travel industry is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Travel, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field is preferred
