Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Head - Edtech Sales - UG/PG at Aimlay, located in Delhi, India. The Business Head will be responsible for overseeing sales strategies, executing business development plans, managing the sales team, and establishing relationships with educational institutions. Daily tasks include leading sales initiatives, analyzing market trends, setting sales targets, and collaborating with marketing and product teams. This role demands a strategic mindset to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
Qualifications: Minimum 15 years of experience in Sales
- Proficient in sales strategies, business development, and market analysis
- Experience in team management and leadership within the education sector
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- P&L Accountability
- Expertise in making Business Strategies, Growth Plans
- Knowledge of the Edtech industry and current trends
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
