Job Position: GCP + Java Spring Boot/Microservices Developer

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Kolkata, IN

Experience: - 5+ to 8+ Years


Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy scalable microservices using Java Spring Boot on GCP.

Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable Java-based applications

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices

Perform code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency

Troubleshoot and debug issues to optimize application performance

Implement and maintain front-end and back-end components using technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and SQL

Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain competitive


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Java Full Stack Developer or similar role
  • Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js
  • Familiarity with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in Java and/or other relevant technologies
  • Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Understanding of microservices architecture
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
