Senior Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Technical ConsultantJob ResponsibilitiesThis position should have hands on experience of Full lifecycle Implementation and application support of Oracle Fusion HCM ( Core HR, Absence, Helpdesk, Learn, Journey, Talent Management, Payroll

)Creating HCM Extracts and delivery Options for extractsCreating custom reports using subject areas in OTBI

and also

using BI publisher (BIP)Writing Fast Formulae in Journey, Absence, Payroll ModulesEffectively Lead Oracle Cloud HCM Deployments and Configurations and drive project deliverables.Worked on loading data into Oracle HCM Cloud using HCM Data Loader tool

.Hands On experience in

Mass Updates

.Monitor Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM application performance and architecture and maintain the Cloud HCM reliability, integrity and recoverability.Troubleshooting Production issuesDesign, Update and Implement user security and roles within Oracle Fusion Cloud SecurityAdd and manage users and provision roles and data access sets based on organization-defined data security policies and user role matrix defined by the businessMonitor & Manage Oracle Cloud HCM application in all environmentsWork with internal staff, third-party vendors and Oracle to update and communicate environment maintenance schedules, refresh schedules, and outagesDevelop HCM KPIs and Metrics Reports and DashboardsView and monitor service detail and service notifications related to patching/critical updates/downtimeAssist junior team members in managing Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud applicationsFunction as the primary point of contact for all technical issues related to Oracle HCM CloudDocument system requirements and process flowsPartner with Development and Product Teams to identify issues, driving issue resolutionMaintain business continuity and disaster recovery processesThis job description is intended to describe the general nature of the work performed by employees in this job. Requirements/Preferred QualificationsMinimum of bachelor’s degree in software engineering/computer science or equivalent7+ years of experience in OTBI, Fast Formulae, BIP, HCM ExtractsWorking knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure will be valuableExperience in leading full Oracle Cloud ERP Implementation projects involving Requirements, Design, Testing and Roll-outComfortable with Oracle Fusion data dictionary and relationship between various objects, to quickly understand requirements and design solutionsDeep understanding of SDLC, IT Change Control processes, Deployment Methodologies and Application Server Life Cycle ManagementExceptional and advanced English communication skills with all levels of an organization are required (written, verbal, digital, and formal presentations)Desire to teach and mentor other engineers with varying domains of expert
