Job Description:We are seeking a talented and experienced Proposal Writer to join our team on a part-time basis. The Proposal Writer will be responsible for crafting compelling and persuasive proposals in response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in building proposal responses specifically on the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights necessary for proposal development.· Analyze RFP requirements and develop customized proposal outlines and templates.· Write and edit proposal content, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with client needs and objectives.· Work closely with subject matter experts to incorporate technical details and solution offerings into proposals.· Manage multiple proposals simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and ensuring timely submission.· Review and refine proposal drafts based on feedback from internal stakeholders and clients.· Maintain a repository of proposal content and templates for future use and reference.

Requirements:· Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business, or related field.· 5 to 12 years of experience in proposal writing, preferably in the IT consulting or technology industry.· Minimum of 1 year of experience in building proposal responses on the

Salesforce platform.· Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.· Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with proposal management tools and software.
