Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Certified Personal Trainer at Zec Fitness. The trainer will be responsible for designing and implementing personalized fitness programs, conducting one-on-one training sessions, delivering group fitness classes, and providing nutritional guidance. Additionally, the trainer will assist with client assessments, track progress, and offer motivation and support to clients. This role is on-site and is located in Namakkal.

Qualifications

  • Personal Training and Fitness Instruction skills
  • Experience in Circuit Training and Sports Coaching
  • Proficiency in providing Nutrition guidance
  • Strong interpersonal and motivational skills
  • Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification
  • CPR/AED certification
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
