We firmly believe that digital solutions should align with and support the long-term health of our planet.About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Node.js Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will take the lead in designing, developing, and maintaining server-side applications to deliver high-quality and scalable solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, optimize application performance, and contribute to building robust and seamless backend systems.This role includes a three-month probation, with the potential for conversion to a permanent position based on performance evaluation.Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the team to analyze project feasibility and define effective backend architectures.- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality server-side applications using Node.js.- Optimize existing features for performance and maintainability.- Work closely with frontend, design, DevOps, and architecture teams to ensure seamless system integration.- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.- Identify and resolve bottlenecks, bugs, and performance issues.- Contribute to code reviews, maintain code quality, and enforce best practices.- Support open-source contributions and internal development standards.Requirements- Solid understanding of Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals.- Familiarity with Express.js, RESTful APIs, and asynchronous programming.- Understanding of database systems (MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL).- Experience in debugging, testing, and performance tuning Node.js applications.- Strong collaboration and communication skills.- Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving tools and technologies.Perks & Benefits- Job Offer: Successful candidates can expect a salary of Rs. 3 to 4 lac per annum upon conversion to a permanent employee.- Tools: A dedicated Apple MacBook (Apple silicon-based) will be provided during your employment.- Performance based Bonus- Exposure: Get an opportunity to work with International teammates.- Amenities: Enjoy free snacks & beverages at the office.- Flexibility: Benefit from flexible work hours and an informal dress code.- Work Week: A 5-day workweek schedule
