Role: Associate – Enterprise Technology CoE Experience Range: 2-4 Years. Education - B.tech (Premier engineering colleges preferred). Applicants from Big4 , Big3 and Consulting background preferred. Ideal candidates have a strong consulting mindset and have contributed to client-facing engagements in areas such as Enterprise Architecture, technology modernization, Tech strategy, Application portfolio rationalization etc. Exposure to industry frameworks of Enterprise Architecture e.g., TOGAF, DODAF would be a plus. About the Role This role blends technical understanding with strategic thinking, supporting consulting teams and internal stakeholders in building scalable, efficient, and future-ready technology ecosystems. Responsibilities Support the design, development, and documentation of enterprise architecture frameworks, including application, data, and infrastructure layers. Contribute to solution design and technology roadmaps for internal and client-facing systems. Evaluate current-state architecture and propose target-state architectures, identifying gaps, dependencies, and transition strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure architecture aligns with business goals and technology standards. Lead the development of architecture principles, design standards, and best practices. Develop and maintain architecture documentation, including diagrams, system inventories, and decision logs. Qualifications Familiarity with DevOps, API management, or platform engineering concepts. Experience in digital transformation delivery. Experience using specific project management tools in large IT transformations such as Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, LeanIX. Required Skills Strong consulting mindset. Experience in client-facing engagements. Preferred Skills Exposure to industry frameworks of Enterprise Architecture e.g., TOGAF, DODAF .
