Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to oversee general accounting operations by controlling and verifying financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, financial reporting, compliance, and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting functions including journal entries, ledger, and reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).
- Handle finalization of accounts and coordinate with external auditors.
- Supervise and mentor junior accountants and support staff.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for management decision-making.
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and inventory accounting.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of returns (GST, TDS, etc.).
- Liaise with banks, statutory bodies, and internal departments for various financial operations.
Salary: upto 45K PM
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CA Inter / MBA Finance / M.Com preferred.
- Minimum 3–7 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Busy, or similar).
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort with reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
