The role involves coordinating closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, and the CEO–B2B Business to ensure correct contract implementation, timely invoicing, and zero revenue leakage. Key Responsibilities: • Manage revenue recognition, contract validation, and billing accuracy for all B2B accounts. • Ensure timely generation and delivery of invoices, credit notes, and supporting documentation. • Work with Sales and Operations to resolve billing disputes and align on pricing, SLAs, and service delivery. • Monitor revenue trends, aging reports, and customer billing cycles; support collections teams with accurate data. • Conduct monthly revenue reconciliations and ensure compliance with internal controls. • Support automation and process improvements in billing and revenue workflows.
