Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer with 2+ years of hands-on experience in software testing. You will be responsible for ensuring product quality through manual and/or automated testing, working closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver reliable and high-performing software. Key Responsibilities Develop, execute, and maintain test plans , test cases , and test scripts for new and existing features. Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UI testing . Identify, document, and track bugs/defects using tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar. Collaborate with developers to reproduce, debug, and resolve issues. Participate in requirements analysis and proactively identify gaps or risks. Contribute to test automation (if applicable) using tools like Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Appium. Validate API endpoints using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools. Work within Agile/Scrum teams and participate in sprint ceremonies. Ensure adherence to testing standards and improve QA processes. Provide quality-related feedback during product planning and release cycle. Required Skills & Qualifications 2+ years of experience as a QA/Software Test Engineer. Strong understanding of SDLC , STLC , and defect life cycle. Hands-on experience with manual testing techniques. Experience in writing test cases and test scenarios. Knowledge of automation tools (Selenium/Cypress/Playwright/Appium) — basic proficiency is acceptable. Familiarity with bug-tracking tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.). Experience testing web and/or mobile applications . Understanding of API testing (Postman/Swagger). Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and documentation abilities.
