Content Manager

Years of Experience: 04-06 years
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with the company’s marketing and business goals.
Oversee the creation of blog posts, social media content, web copy, newsletters, and other forms of digital content.
Manage a team of writers, content creators, and freelancers to ensure content quality and consistency.
Optimize content for SEO and monitor its performance using analytics tools.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to create cohesive messaging.
Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent voice and tone across platforms.
Conduct regular content audits to improve and update existing content.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Content Manager or similar role.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot).
Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization strategies.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Experience in leading a team and working cross-functionally.
