Job Title: Accounts Executive / Book-keeperReporting to: Team LeaderLocation: Vadodara, IndiaJob Type: PermanentSalary 25k to 35k (depending upon experience)What you will work on:As our Account Executive/ Book-keeper, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations of a business, including maintaining accurate financial records and generating financial reports.You will successfully provide effective and high-quality service and ensure smooth running of operations at CamaScope Ltd.Raising invoices on online accounting platform (Xero) in a timely and accurate manner.Tracking invoices, chasing payments and reconciling accountsReconciliation of payments and bank statements and resolving any discrepancies.Maintaining accurate ledger records of accounts payable and receivablesMonitor office expenses (on Excel/ Tally - Accounting software) and process supplier's payments.Maintaining budgets and act as the secondary owner for maintaining the device logProduce monthly MIS reportsManaging and administering SAAS products / subscriptions & renewalsMaintain any finance related records / contracts with our stakeholders.Managing payroll to include processing employee payroll, including calculating taxes, deductions, and benefits, and ensuring accurate record-keeping of payrollAssist with Tax preparation to include working with the accountant for calculations, timely filing returns, and preparing necessary financial information and reports.Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including tax laws and accounting standards.Manage sending customer contracts on digital platform (Signable) within the timeline.Liaise with external stakeholders both India and UK based - Banks, Accountants, Vendors, etc.Support any audits and work closely with our Support team / HR.The Successful Applicant Will HaveMasters/ Degree in Commerce preferably with major in accountancy.Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in book-keeping / AccountancyGood organiser and possess strong knowledge of accounting principlesExcellent (verbal & written) communication & interpersonal skills.Willingness to learn quickly and take additional responsibilities.Ability to work under pressure with strong problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and able to analyse data, and maintain discretion.Able to work in fast paced environment and able to work to deadlines.Proficient in MS IT packages along with some experience in working on any Accounting Software tools / online platform preferably Xero, Quickbooks, Tally, etc).Preferable experience of working in International companiesWhat you'll find in our TeamReal impact on the company growth and implemented solutionsFamily friendly work culture.Team building activitiesGreat mentoring – learning experienceOpen and Diverse work culture
