This role requires a deep understanding of Google Ads campaigns, and a knack for analytics and reporting to drive successful digital marketing strategies. The position is based at our headquarters in New Delhi and offers an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic recruitment environment. Qualifications and Skills Proven experience in setting up and managing successful campaigns using Google AdWords (Mandatory skill). Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing fundamentals to develop innovative online strategies (Mandatory skill). Expertise in analytics and reporting to monitor and evaluate campaign performance (Mandatory skill). Proficiency in developing and executing bidding strategies to optimize ad spend efficiency. Strong capabilities in ad copywriting to create compelling and engaging advertisements. Advanced skills in keyword research and analysis to enhance campaign targeting. Google Ads expertise to navigate and utilize platform features effectively. Ability to continuously optimize campaigns for improved performance and ROI. Roles and Responsibilities Plan, set up, and manage Google AdWords campaigns to achieve client objectives. Analyze digital marketing performance metrics and optimize to improve results. Research and identify target keywords to maximize campaign success. Develop creative ad copy and optimize for increased engagement. Implement effective bidding strategies to maximize the impact of ad spending. Monitor and report on campaign performance and provide insights to stakeholders. Stay updated on industry trends and adjust strategies to remain competitive. Collaborate with the team to align on marketing goals and client expectations.
