Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager at Inextis Events. The Finance Manager will be responsible for day-to-day financial operations, budget management, financial reporting, and financial analysis. This role plays a critical part in ensuring financial health and compliance within the organization.
- The job involves preparing Management Information System (MIS) and ageing reports to provide feedback to top management on the company's financial performance. This includes analyzing monthly and business segment-wise profitability, turnover, and quarterly results according to specific requirements.
- Maintaining accurate records of Cash Vouchers, Trial Balance, and Bank Reconciliation Statements for each month. Additionally, it involves handling the schedule of Profit & Loss A/C and Balance Sheet.
- Handling all taxation matters, including TDS, PT, and filing returns, as well as managing GST and other statutory-related tasks for the company.
- Managing the invoicing process and handling accounts receivables.
- Processing vendor payments.
- Ensure that all bank compliance activities are carried out in a timely and accurate manner.
- Liaising as and when required for any follow-ups on payments & receipts before & after settlement and cross-checking of cheques and bills
- Collecting and verifying completed dockets from the Event Manager after an event. It is important to ensure that all bills, vouchers, and event-related prospects related to the event are properly contained in the documentation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department.
