About the team

This team plays a pivotal role in delivering help to system users by responding to client queries, solving technical problems and retaining an organizational network, software and computer peripherals. Additionally, you'll be a part of creating and delivering hasslefree experiences to the users.


About the role


In this role, you will be helping in diagnosing client software, hardware, and network system problems. You will form the front line of assistance for users encountering problems or defects with products and programs.


What You will do

  • System Administration:
  • Manage and maintain organization's server infrastructure, including physical and virtual servers running Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Perform regular system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes.
  • Ensure system security through the implementation of best practices, security patches, and antivirus software updates.
  • Configure and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across various systems and applications.


  • Technical Support:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users and IT staff for system-related issues.
  • Respond to and resolve escalated support tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems.


  • Jamf Administration:
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain Jamf Pro infrastructure for macOS device management.
  • Create and manage policies, profiles, and scripts to automate software deployment, patch management, and system configurations.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to device enrollment, application installation, and profile management.


  • Microsoft Intune Administration:
  • Manage and administer Microsoft Intune for Windows device management and mobile device management (MDM).
  • Configure Intune policies and profiles to enforce security compliance, including device encryption, conditional access, and app protection.
  • Monitor Intune compliance status and troubleshoot device enrollment and management issues.


  • Security and Compliance:
  • Implement security best practices and compliance standards for macOS and Windows devices.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate risks.
  • Stay abreast of emerging threats and technologies to proactively enhance our security posture.


What you will need

  • 3-5 years of experience with basic computer networking and common end user troubleshooting knowledge.
  • Bachelor degree holder in computer-related field
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills Team player
  • Excellent professionalism, availability, autonomy and rigor
  • Excellent proactivity on incident remediation and continuous improvement / automation
