Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice on corporate law matters, including company secretarial activities, legal due diligence, and structuring advice.
  • Conduct extensive research and drafting of legal documents such as MOAs, notices, and agreements.
  • Assist in family succession planning, Cross Border Structuring Advisory Memo and litigation cases related to FEMA (Foreign Exchange Management Act) issues.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions for their business requirements.
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining high-quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or Chartered Accountancy (CA).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in English language.
  • Strong analytical thinking ability with attention to detail.
