Location: Kothrud, Pune (On-site) Employment Type: Full-TimeTo apply, send your resume and a portfolio or case studies of your work to DescriptionWe are seeking a creative, ambitious, and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join the team of celebrated Bollywood playback singer and creativity expert, Chandana Dixit. ????This full-time role is central to amplifying her digital presence, strategically growing her You Tube channel ("Creative Dialogues"), and promoting her diverse ventures, including future courses, concerts, and speaking engagements. We are looking for a hands-on professional who is passionate about digital storytelling, community building, and data-driven growth. You will be the engine behind our online strategy, working closely with our in-house creative team to execute campaigns that resonate with a global audience.Key ResponsibilitiesYou Tube & Social Media ManagementManage and optimize the You Tube channel, including implementing best practices for You Tube SEO (titles, descriptions, tags), playlist curation, and thumbnail strategy.Execute the day-to-day social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, and. This includes creating, curating, and scheduling engaging content like Reels, Stories, and posts.Build and engage with the online community by actively responding to comments, messages, and fostering a loyal audience base.Campaign Execution & Growth StrategyDevelop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to promote podcast episodes, upcoming courses, guest-speaking sessions, and concerts.Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google (You Tube Ads) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads) to reach targeted audiences and achieve growth objectives.Identify and research potential collaboration opportunities with other creators, brands, and media outlets to expand brand reach.Analytics & ReportingMonitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across all digital platforms, including You Tube subscribers, watch time, social media engagement, and reach.Use data insights to continuously refine strategies, test new ideas, and improve overall campaign performance.Team CollaborationWork closely with the in-house creative team (video editors, graphic designers, PA) to ensure all content is visually compelling and aligned with marketing goals.Coordinate content calendars and campaign timelines to ensure a consistent and powerful brand message.Requirements1-2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media and content marketing.Proven experience managing and growing You Tube channels and social media profiles (Instagram, Facebook, ).Strong, practical understanding of You Tube SEO, algorithms, and content optimization techniques.Hands-on experience with social media management tools, scheduling platforms, and analytics dashboards (e.g., You Tube Studio, Meta Business Suite).Demonstrable experience with planning and running paid ad campaigns on Google and Meta platforms.Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.A portfolio or case studies demonstrating successful management of digital campaigns or channel growth is highly preferred.Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.Nice to HaveExperience marketing for personal brands, artists, creators, or podcasts.Basic content creation skills (e.g., using Canva, Cap Cut, or similar tools).Certifications in Google Ads, You Tube Management, or Meta Blueprint.If you are a passionate marketer who loves building brands and wants to be part of the exciting digital journey of a legendary artist, we would love to hear from you
