We're Hiring – Procurement Manager (Civil & Interior Industry)

Location: Chennai | Experience: 10+ Years

We are looking for a
Procurement Manager
with strong expertise in
Civil & Interior Fit-Out projects
. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in vendor management, material sourcing, contract negotiations, and cost optimization.

What You'll Do:

Lead procurement strategies for civil & interior materials/services

Develop and manage vendors & subcontractors

Ensure timely procurement aligned with project schedules

Drive cost savings while maintaining quality standards

Collaborate with project, site & finance teams

What We're Looking For:

10+ years' experience in procurement (Civil & Interior industry)

Strong negotiation, sourcing & vendor management skills

Knowledge of civil, interior & MEP materials/finishes

Degree in Civil/Interior/Supply Chain
