Role: Opcenter Specialist/Developer We are seeking a Siemens Opcenter Specialist with strong experience in integrating Opcenter with Teamcenter and SAP PLM. Key Responsibilities - Implement, configure, and maintain Siemens Opcenter solutions. - Ensure seamless integration with PLM (Teamcenter) and ERP (SAP PLM) systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable: - Efficient data flow - Streamlined operations - Improved decision-making ________________________________________ Must-Have Skills - Hands-on experience with: - Teamcenter and SAP PLM integration technologies - Web services, APIs, and middleware - Strong understanding of: - Manufacturing operations - LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) - CALVIN (lab workflow and data validation) - Quality Management - PLM and ERP (SAP) Core Skill Set - Opcenter Modules: - MES (Manufacturing Execution System) - APS (Advanced Planning and Scheduling) - QM (Quality Management) - Manufacturing Intelligence - Opcenter RD&L - Configuration & Customization: - Ability to configure Opcenter to meet business and manufacturing needs - Workflow customization - Integration Expertise: - APIs and integration of Opcenter with Teamcenter - Integration with SAP PLM (materials, BOM, work orders) - Middleware solutions: ESB, SOAP/REST APIs, XML - Data Management: - Data mapping and transformation between Opcenter, Teamcenter, and SAP PLM - Development & Customization: - Software development for system extensions - Proficiency in Java, C#, SQL, and scripting languages - System Architecture: - Understanding of MBOM and PBOM - Deployment strategies for cloud and on-premises environments - Tools & Platforms: - JIRA and Confluence - Other Competencies: - Manufacturing process optimization - Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
