Eram Talent, a leading independent talent acquisition company, is seeking a Chemical Engineer to join our team. As a Chemical Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing chemical processes for our clients across various industries. You will work closely with a team of talented engineers and consultants to deliver innovative solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Design and optimize chemical processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Conduct thorough process simulations and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of new processes.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including process flow diagrams, P&IDs, and operating procedures.
  • Perform equipment sizing, including pumps, heat exchangers, and distillation columns.
  • Conduct research and development activities to enhance process performance.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in chemical engineering.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to operations teams.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce costs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in the oil and gas industry is required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience as a Chemical Engineer, preferably in a consulting or industrial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of process simulation software and tools.
  • Experience with process equipment sizing and design.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
