Responsibilities:


Model Development and Management:

  1. Creating and developing detailed BIM models using software like Revit, ArchiCAD, or other BIM-authoring tools.
  2. Ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance of models with project standards and specifications.

Model Coordination and Clash Detection:

  1. Conducting clash detection using software such as Navisworks.
  2. Resolving clashes and conflicts found in the models by coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

Information Extraction and Quantification:

  1. Extracting data and generating schedules, quantities, and reports from BIM models.

Model Quality Assurance:

  1. Performing regular quality checks on BIM models to ensure compliance with established BIM standards.
  2. Reviewing models for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to LOD (Level of Development) requirements.
  3. Identifying and rectifying model issues to maintain high-quality deliverables.

Model Collaboration and Integration:

  1. Collaborating with project stakeholders to integrate different discipline models into a federated BIM model.
  2. Ensuring proper coordination and compatibility between architectural, structural, and MEP models.
  3. Working closely with other team members to resolve conflicts and maintain model consistency.

Model Detailing and Documentation:

  1. Developing detailed and comprehensive documentation associated with BIM models.
  2. Providing annotations, specifications, and other required details within the models.
  3. Ensuring models contain the necessary information for construction and fabrication purposes.

Software Expertise and Innovation:

  1. Staying updated with the latest BIM software and tools to enhance modeling efficiency.
  2. Implementing innovative techniques or workflows to optimize the modeling process.

Standardization:

  1. Adhering to and promoting established BIM standards and best practices within the team.

Documentation:

  1. Maintaining proper documentation of model changes, versions, and revisions.
  2. Managing and organizing model files and associated documentation for easy access and retrieval.
  3. Ensuring accurate and up-to-date records for future reference


Eligibility:


3+ years of BIM work experience.

Bachelors in Architecture or Civil Engineering

Software proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, BM 360, AutoCAD, Revizto

Project Management experience is added advantage.
