Responsibilities: Record and maintain organization-wide HR data on the ERP system. Update all transactions related to employee movements, transfers, promotions, nomenclature changes, etc. Monitor and ensure synchronization in HRMS data and downstream applications for seamless operations. Perform system maintenance and testing on each system upgrade to ensure functionality and data integrity. Utilize HDL/HSDL for worker assignment, person, and compensation-related bulk data handling. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements or modifications. Generate reports and analyze HR data to support decision-making processes. Provide training and support to HR Business Partners as needed.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience in HRMS data management and administration. Proficiency in handling bulk data using HDL/HSDL for worker assignment, person, and compensation-related transactions. Strong understanding of HR processes and data management principles. Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle HCM Cloud. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
