Role and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for product releases that meet the performance release criteria for successful deployment to production.
• Demonstrate an advanced ability to analyze intricate issues and derive effective solutions promptly, contributing to the swift resolution of complex challenges.

Job Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience with performance testing, monitoring, analyzing, and tuning web applications and supporting infrastructure in Web and Mobile platforms .
• Proven experience in leading engineers .
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, developers, and stakeholders.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide team members toward successful project outcomes.
• Demonstrate an unwavering commitment to meticulous attention to detail during the execution of performance testing and comprehensive analysis of results.
• Possess an inherent tenacity, showcasing an unwavering dedication to delve deeply into performance issues until the root cause is identified and effectively addressed.
• Ability to analyze complex issues and derive effective solutions in a timely manner.

• Extensive expertise in utilizing code management tools such as IntelliJ, VSCode, Git, and Visual Studio Team Services .
• Considerable experience in implementing CI/CD practices using tools such as Jenkins, TeamCity , and others to integrate performance testing seamlessly into development pipelines.
• Proficiency in test management and test methodologies , applying a strategic approach aligned with organizational goals.
• Hands-on experience in agile development , contributing to the dynamic and collaborative nature of agile teams.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with acute attention to detail, ensuring effective resolution of complex issues.
• Strong communication skills , both verbal and written, facilitating effective collaboration within team-oriented environments and ensuring clear articulation of complex technical details.
