Understand Policies of the company and resolve conflicts if any. Understanding Employee Exit process and advice HR partners on case –to-case basis. Should be able to handle domestic inquiry as per defined process. Implementing the Policy relating to workplace Grievance Handling. Establish work regulations and instructions within the institution. Maintain confidentiality of employee information. Recommending actions to be taken by the employer. Conduct off-line classes on Employee Grievance Handling. Handle employee related counselling session. Preferred qualification: LLB with MBA in HR. Legal qualification is preferable to understand Grievance and Policy.
