Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive medical care to critically ill patients, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and continuous monitoring. Perform advanced ICU procedures such as intubation, central line insertion, arterial line placement, and mechanical ventilation management. Lead daily rounds, maintain accurate documentation in EMR, and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams. Respond to emergencies including code blue events and lead resuscitation efforts. Interpret diagnostic data and apply evidence-based protocols to guide clinical decisions. Participate in morbidity and mortality reviews, quality audits, and staff mentoring. Ensure compliance with patient safety, infection control, and regulatory standards. Requirements: MBBS degree with valid NMC registration. 3+ years of clinical experience, including 2+ years in ICU or critical care. Proven experience managing sepsis, acute respiratory failure, multi-organ failure, and trauma. Expertise in invasive monitoring, ventilator management, and hemodynamic support. Strong decision-making under pressure, excellent communication, and EMR proficiency. Willingness to work rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and on-call duties.
