Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and results-driven SEO Executive who will handle SEO projects on platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelance platforms. You will be responsible for optimizing websites and digital content for better search engine visibility and increased organic traffic. You will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality SEO services to clients, ensuring they achieve their digital marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and bid for relevant SEO projects on Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelance platforms.
  • Manage SEO campaigns for both the company's website and clients, ensuring the highest standards of optimization for better search rankings and visibility.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research to guide content strategies and improve SEO performance on client websites.
  • Perform on-page SEO, including optimizing website content, meta tags, images, and URL structures.
  • Conduct off-page SEO activities such as backlink building and improving domain authority.
  • Implement technical SEO audits, fixing website issues related to speed, structure, and mobile-friendliness.
  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure content optimization follows SEO best practices.
  • Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
  • Continuously stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
  • Provide regular reports to clients, offering insights and recommendations for improving their SEO strategy and achieving business goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients on freelance platforms, ensuring repeat business and positive reviews.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in SEO, especially on freelance platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, or other similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO techniques, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Experience in keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO performance tracking.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Google Search Console.
  • Ability to create compelling proposals and bids for SEO projects on freelance platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with clients effectively and deliver clear reports.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and improve SEO performance.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in an IT startup environment or on projects related to web development, software solutions, or IT services.
  • Knowledge of local SEO, international SEO, and mobile SEO strategies.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Shopify, and others.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic technical troubleshooting for SEO issues.
  • Experience with paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads or Facebook Ads is a plus.
