Job Description :

Job Responsibilities

  • Enable team to implement quality solutions through operational and engineering excellence.
  • Effectively splits time between coaching & mentoring of developers, design/solution architecture, and hands-on coding.
  • Provide developers on the team with mentorship, lead code reviews and collaboration.
  • Develop applications using Genesys web APIs, JavaScript APIs, and client libraries to build applications
  • Set up and maintain CTI environments for voice, email, and chat routing
  • Develop voice and chat bots per business specifications
  • Measure, monitor, and manage ACD performance
  • Integrate applications with Genesys softphone and CTI features
  • Operate as part of a DevOps team: deploy new capabilities while effectively and efficiently maintaining production solutions
  • Ability to present own and other developers’ work to a broader audience
  • Ability to lead the development process of a feature as part of a cross-disciplinary team
  • Can work independently in a multi-disciplinary team with minimal support
  • Help junior members of the team with task completion, estimation, and troubleshooting
  • Works closely with both business and technical stakeholders
  • Communicate effectively with the team with estimates, blockers, etc.
  • Produces application artifacts per SDLC, Agile and DevOps audit requirements
  • Implements high-quality, cost-effective and sustainable solutions. Meet today’s needs with the potential to scale or adapt to the needs of the future/new emerging technologies.
  • Leads design & code reviews and manages deployment


The Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 7+ years experience in contact center domain software development or similar technology.
  • Strong understanding of telephony concepts and IVR best practices.
  • Experience with integrating IVR systems with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce & ServiceNow).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Experience within financial services industry
  • Experience with git and source control management
  • Experience with Genesys Cloud
  • Experience with Atlassian (Jira, Confluence)
